Hi,

ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Meine Mum hat von freenet Freiminuten zum Testen bekommen. Dabei hat sie ihre Daten weiter gegeben und unterschieben. (War im real). Heute flatterte eine hohe Rechung ins Haus. Hat sie eine Möglichkeit dort wieder raus zu kommen? Keiner hat sie auf den Vertrag hingewiesen. Diese abzocke :mod:

Aber wie beweißt man das? Bitte helft mir.

tja es wäre halt interessant, wie sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurde und wo sie genau ihre angaben gemacht hat - gab doch bestimmt nen zettel ;) wo sie unterschrieben hat - dort steht 100% kleingedrucktes
