In meinem Projekt geht es darum, ein VoIP-Qualitätsanalyse-System zu testen, um klarzustellen, ob es vom Team gekauft und dauerhaft eingesetzt werden soll oder nicht.

In meiner Projektdoku ist zur Zeit folgendes Inhaltsverzeichnis:

1. Einleitung

2. Projektbeschreibung

2.1 Projektumfeld

2.2 Ist-Analyse

2.3 Beschreibung des Systems

2.4 Meine meiner Aufgaben und Zielsetzung

2.5 Zeitplanung

2.6 Schnittstellen

Mein Ausbilde meinte, dass die Beschreibung meiner Aufgaben auf jeden Fall an den Anfang (zumindest vor die Ist-Analyse) gehört.

Ich habe diese Reihenfolge aber so gewählt, weil die Beschreibung meiner Aufgaben auf die Problemstellung, die in der Ist-Analyse geschildert wird, aufbaut. Quasi: "So sieht's zur Zeit aus - hier gibt es Probleme - deshalb mach ich das & das.."
