kennt jemand die Richlinien in Bezug auf die Geburt eines Kindes, wieviel Urlaub wird (dem Vater) in dem Fall gesetztesmässig gewährt (mindestens)?

PS. sind es 1 oder 3 Tage?

Wo stehen die Infos dazu?

Mir ist kein Gesetz bekannt, welches das regelt.

Imho ist das Gegenstand von Betriebsvereinbarungen.

... laut BAT §52 (Arbeitsbefreiung) Absatz 2

Der Angestellte .... unter Fortzahlung der Vergütung (§26) von der Arbeit freigestellt:

e) bei der Niederkunft der mit dem Angestellten in häuslicher Gemeinschaft lebenden Ehefrau 1 (einen) Werktag.

... waren früher mal zwei Tage....
