Hallo Leute,

habe folgende Frage:

Was ist, wenn ich meine Aufgaben, die ich im Projektantrag und im Pflichtenheft angegeben habe, nicht vollständig zu Ende bringen kann, weil ich mich zeitlich doch sehr stark verkalkuliert habe ?

Einfach mit der Wahrheit arbeiten. Ein Projekt endet nun mal, wenn es endet. Das ist ein Fakt. Du schreibst irgendwo bei den Abweichungen was Sache ist und erläuterst das in der Doku und im Begleitzettel. Gerne darfst du auch in der Präsi darauf hinweisen.

Was du brauchst sind:

- warum verkalkuliert

- neu kalkuliert?

- was wäre richtig (gewesen)

- Mut
