Hallo und guten Morgen,

ich soll für meine Firma ein SAP System Monitoring Konzept erstellen, bin allerding selbst neu in dem Thema und suche nun nach geeigneter Literatur. Habe auch schon einiges gefunden. Um mir ein paar Ideen zu holen wollte ich fragen, ob hier jemand zufällig weiß ob es für so ein Konzept brauchbare Templates gibt aus denen man einiges ableiten könnte.

Google ist für mich bis jetzt nicht gerade erfolgreich in der Hinsicht.
