Hallo Community,

folgendes Problem:

Verschiedene Word-Dokumente sind einem "Summen"-Dokument verknüpft. Wenn man darin nach einem Wort/Text sucht, gibt es keine Treffer, da die verknüpften Objekte nicht mit durchsucht werden. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das zu ändern?

Ein Workaround wäre, das Summen Dokument als PDF zu speichern, denn darin kann man dann wie gewohnt nach dem Text suchen.

Oder kann man automatisch beim Speichern ein PDF-Dokument erstellen lassen? (Über die Office-Funktion "PDF oder XPS erstellen).

Es handelt sich um Office 2007.
