Ich würde gerne mit den Board-Tools von Microsoft eine Remote-verbindung herstellen, bei der beide seiten den selben DeskTop vor sich haben.

Sprich bei einer Domänen-Struktur: Admin hat den desktop vom User und kann dort hier und da klicken.

User schaut aufmerksam zu und weiß beim nächstenmal selber, wie man den drucker einrichtet.hehehe :P

meldet euch

mit der "normalen" fernverwaltung von Windows ist es so, an sich gibts noch VNC, hier gibts infos und eine freeware version zum download
