Hi,

Microsoft hat ja jetzt den WSUS als Nachfolger für den SUS rausgebracht...

hat jemand schon damit erfahrungen gemacht?

ich habe den wsus mal installiert und weiss nicht so recht was ich davon halten soll.

er ist zwar besser als der sus aber einige clients updaten sich beio mir einfach nicht....

Wieviel Clients hast Du und wie ist das Verhalten, wieviele updaten sich nicht? Werden z.B. nur 5 ins Update einbezogen und der sechste entfernt einen anderen Client im WSUS?

Was nutzt Du als Datenbank, die W-MSDE oder eine MS SQL Server Instanz?

W-MSDE --> War vor der WSUS-Installation bereits eine MSDE auf dem Server drauf, z.B. kann Veritas Backup Exec eine MSDE mitbringen?

bis jetzt teste ich mit 10 clients 200/xp bis auf 2 wurden alle ordnungsgemäß versorgt.

als db benutze ich eine ms sql instanz
