    Hallo zusammen, ich habe in 1 nem Monat meine Mündliche Prüfung zum Thema Einführung eines Helpdesk System. Ich habe schon angefangen mir einen kleinen Frage Katalog anzufertigen damit ich mich auf das Fachgespräch vorbereiten kann. (Bsp. AD, Domäne, VM, SSO, DSGVO) Habt ihr vielleicht die ein oder andere Frage für mich ? Wäre super wenn ihr mal alles reinschreiben würdet. Danke euch!
