    Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob dieses Thema in dieses Forum passt allerdings habe ich keine andere Wahl und benötige Hilfe.Ich habe das Problem das mein Bildschirm eingefroren ist bzw. der Desktop zeigt keine icons mehr an und die Taskleiste ist ebenfalls leer. Ebensowenig kann ich die Eingabeaufforderung öffnen oder den Taskmanager öffnen wie jedes weiter Systemprogramm. Allerdings kann ich die Maus bewegen aber mit Rechtklick ebensowenig etwas ausführen. Herunterfahren oder Neustarten zeigt keine Wirkung. Beim wieder Hochfahren erscheint ein Blackscreen der nach mehr als 10 Minuten dann zum obengenannten Problem wird ich bitte um Hilfe.
