    Ich habe das gleiche Problem auf 2 Windows 11 Rechnern. das Problem tritt jedoch nur auf, wenn ein Office Anhang bei der zu sendenden Mail ist. ich vermute, dass Office das Dokument erst frei gibt, wenn ein Neustart erfolgt.
