    Hallo an alle, mein Chef hat mir gesagt, dass er mich gerne übernehmen würde. Einem anderen Mitazubi hat er gemeint gehabt, dass er bis 3500 Brutto pro Monat hochgehen könnte. Das war vor der Inflation. Meine Frage ist, ob 3,3 - 3,5 fair ist oder sollte ich mit mehr in die Verhandlung einsteigen. Alter - 29 Wohnort - Ingolstadt letzter Ausbildungsabschluss (als was und wann) - 2023 als MATSE wird angestrebt ( bis jetzt Schulnoten 1-2) Vorbildung - Uni Abschluss in einem nicht EU-Land Arbeitsort - Ingolstadt Grösse der Firma - ca. 8000 Mitarbeiter weltweit Umsatz - 800 mio Branche der Firma - Automotive Arbeitsstunden pro Woche - 40 Anzahl der Monatsgehälter - 12 Anzahl der Urlaubstage - 30 Sonder- / Sozialleistungen - Weihnachtsgeld Tätigkeiten (Aufgaben/Aufgabenbereich) - Junior C++, Python Entwickler Vielen Dank Grüsse, Optimus
