    Unify MyPortal Outlook Addin - nicht möglich zu installieren - HILFE

    ejaybass hat einem Thema gepostet in Systemadministratoren und Netzwerktechniker
    Hallo liebe Community, ich nutze das Addin MyPortal der Unify Telefonanlage, um Anrufe etc. in Outlook anzeigen zu lassen. Nun möchte ich den Rechner austauschen, was soweit auch passt. Nur leider kann ich auf dem neuen PC das Addin nicht mehr installieren. Mein bisheriger PC: Windows 10 Pro - Office 365 mit Outlook Mein neuer PC: Windows 11 Pro - Office 365 mit Outlook Nun wenn ich das Tool "Communications Client" installieren möchte, erhalte ich immer die Fehlermeldung, dass "OUTLOOK 2010 ODER HÖHER" installiert sein muss. Das macht keinen Sinn... auf meinem alten PC mit Windows 10 funktioniert das alles einwandfrei. Habt ihr eine Idee, wieso ich hier nicht weiterkomme? Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen, vielen Dank im Voraus! LG Herb
