    Hey. Bald ist die Projektphase und als angehender Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement fallen mir keine genauen Projektodeen ein. Die meisten Projelte die ich finde sind meist für KITSM. Habt ihr noch Vorschläge oder kann ich vllt sogar Projekte wie der KITSM machen?

    Die Abschlussprüfung steht an. Jetzt kommt die Frage was kann ich als Projekt nehmen. Könnte man folgendes Szenario für meinen Beruf nehmen?: Kunde brauch Neueinrichtung (Server, Arbeitsplätze etc), Analyse der Anforderungen für die Umsetzung, einholen von Angeboten bzgl Hardware (mit Nutzwertanalyse), Erstellung eines Angebots (Kalkulation etc) für den Kunden mit Vorstellung des Projektes und dessen Ablauf bis Beendigung.
