    Hey,
    ein User von uns bekommt folgende Fehlermeldung wenn er Outlook startet:
    Microsoft Outlook kann nicht gestartet werden. Das Outlook-Fenster kann nicht geöffnet werden. Diese Ordnergruppe kann nicht geöffnet werden. Der Informationsspeicher steht zurzeit nicht zur Verfügung.

    Wir nutzen MS Office 365
    Diese Fehlermeldung erscheint wenn er sich über Citrix auf den Terminalserver einloggt und Outlook öffnen will. Lokal am Rechner funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

    Ich habe schon mithilfe vieler Artikel Probiert das Problem zu lösen, jedoch ohne Erfolg.
    Outlook Profil zurücksetzen und wieder neu erstellen
    Online und Offline Reparatur
    Cache-Dateien löschen
    Outlook im abgesicherten Modus starten
    Kompatibilitätsmodus angepasst usw.

    Vielleicht hat ja jemand von euch einen Lösungsvorschlag
