    Danke für alle Antworten! Ich habe versucht zu verhandeln – und es hat wirklich einfach geklappt. Ich habe eine Zahl genannt, und zwei Tage später wurde ich zum Übernahmegespräch eingeladen. Obwohl es nach dem Zahlnennen zuerst hieß: „Wir müssen schauen, ich kann nichts garantieren“, war im Gespräch dann nichts mehr mit Gegenhandeln. Ich wollte eigentlich ca 40.700 € – was monatlich auf eine ungerade Zahl gekommen wäre. Bekommen habe ich letztlich exakt 41.000 € im Jahr, also über 10 % mehr. Manche hier würden wahrscheinlich trotzdem sagen, dass das zu wenig ist. Aber: Comparison is the thief of joy. Ich bleibe jetzt erstmal das nächste Jahr hier und schaue dann weiter.
