    MS Dos Rename

    Teste mal folgendes, erstelle in dem Ordner mit den Bildern eine Text-Datei, kopiere den folgenden Inhalt hinein, speichern / beenden und die Textdatei umbenennen nach "Report.cmd":

IF EXIST "%CD%\LogFile.txt" DEL /F /Q "%CD%\LogFile.txt"

    Dann die Report.cmd datei mit einem doppelklick ausführen.

    Das Ergebnis steht dann in der "LogFile.txt".

    Netzwerk Dokumentation

    Tools zur Dokumentationen können je nach Umfang der Dokumentation und Anzahl der mitwirkenden Kollegen von Word und Excel, Wiki, OneNote, SharePoint, bis hin zu speziellen Dokumentations-Applikationen wie z.B. i-doit (nicht getestet) reichen.

    Mögliche Tools zum Sammeln von Informationen im Netzwerk (abhängig von der größe des Netzwerks):

    Zentraler Zugriff auf OneNote Notizen

    Der zentrale Zugriff im Betrieb lässt sich über eine Netzwerkfreigabe realisieren, in OneNote 2010 via "File / Share / Network".

    Einmal synchronisiert, ist das Notebook auch offline auf dem Laptop verfügbar und ggf. via VPN online erreichbar.

    Alternativ bleibt vmtl. nur SharePoint für eine (selbst) verwaltete Online-Lösung.

    Hier kann auch via iPhone / iPad und der OneNote App auf SharePoint zugegriffen werden.

    The logical-network map should show the logical-network topology, with network numbers, names, and speeds. This map should also show any routing protocols and administrative domains that vary across the network.

    Both the physical- and logical-network maps should reach to the perimeter of the organization’s network and identify its outer boundaries.

    Schau dir mal Spell Check Anywhere an, ab 29 USD.

    Wir nutzen hier Primär die funktion "Speed Typing", z.B.: "$MFG" = "[Dein Text hier]".

    Die Konfiguration kopieren wir vom Master auf die Clients (One-Way).

    The Speed Typing feature saves you typing or copy-and-pasting when it comes to text you repeat often. Speed Typing works in all applications, not just in the examples shown in Outlook and Word.

    Speed Typing lets you define a keyword and it's associated full text. For instance, you can define the word “$techsup†(you do not need to start the with a $ sign) to equal a some text. Whenever--and in whatever application--you type “$techsup†and press the space bar on your keyboard, Speed Typing replaces the word “$techsup†with the full text that you defined for it.

    Below is an example of using three keywords defined. This example is in Outlook; however, Speed Typing works the same in any Windows program. The text below is the text you type, but watch it expand to the full text, shown in the second picture below.

    Gesucht: Software zur Dokumentation

    Mit OneNote können mehrere Benutzer zeitgleich am selben Dokument arbeiten. I.d.R. liegt das Notebook dann auf einem Netzlaufwerk.

    Besser noch: Das gemeinsam genutzte OneNote Notizbuch syncronisiert sich mit einer lokalen Offline-Kopie, super auf dem Laptop und unterwegs !

    Ich denke OneNote hat sehr viel Potenzial, wenn auch Kleinigkeiten fehlen (z.B. Inhaltsverzeichnis) oder stören (z.B. Wiki-Links sind nicht dynamisch, Seitenumbruch beim Druck). Ich nutze es seit über einem Jahr für Knowledge Base und Dokumentation. Es ist intuitiv mit einer Microsoft Word-ähnlichen Oberfläche und leicht von Kollegen zu bedienen und zu nutzen.

    Wenn du es bereits im Office Paket verfügbar hast, teste es.

    Ein automatisches aufpoppen der Passwortabfrage via AutoRun.inf ist seit geraumer Zeit aus Sicherheitsgründen deaktiviert und von Anti-Viren-Programmen geblockt. Aber ggf. am eigenen PC / Laptop z.B. via USBDLM möglich.

    Alternativ: BitLocker To Go, geht aber nur an Windows 7 und höher.

    Oder evtl.: Rohos Mini Drive (nicht getestet).

    Suche Netzwerkdokumentationstool (free)

    Evtl. bietet der Hersteller bereits entsprechende Tools...

    Eher für das Switch Management: HP bietet mit dem HP ProCurve Manager (PCM) eine Network Management Software für bis zu 50 Switche Kostenfrei an.

    Eher Rundimentär: LAN Topolog (Freeware in v1.32) oder The Dude

    Zur Dokumentation: Kostenpflichtig, dafür aber recht umfangreich ist das Lan-Secure Switch Center mit einer Access Datenbank, HTML Export und der Möglichkeit ein Visio-Diagram zu erstellen.

    Erstellung eines IT-Notfallplans

    Das ist ein recht Komplexes und Umfangreiches Thema...

    Zu berücksichtigen ist auch die Grösse des Unternehmens, finanzielle Mittel und Möglichkeiten, Anzahl der Standorte, etc.

    Wichtig ist meiner Meinung nach ein Schrittweises Vorgehen, u.a.:

    • Vollständige Inventur
    • Liste aller wichtigen Geräte, Server, Applikationen, Daten und Datenbanken
    • Backup Prozess der selben
    • Liste aller Administrativen Zugangsdaten
    • Support-Rufnummern, -SLA's und Wartungs-Verträge
    • Schutz der Sicherung (feuersicherer Safe, extern, etc.)
    • Backup von Konfigurations-Informationen (z.B. Router, Switch, etc.)
    • Beschriffung aller Server, Netzwerkkabel, etc.
    • Installations-Dateien und -Anleitung
    • Betriebssystem-Installation, -Sicherung und -Wiederherstellung (OS Image, Virtualization, etc.)
    • Alternative Wiederherstellung (Hochverfügbarkeit, Aktiv-Passiv Server, Virtualization, Ersatz-Server, etc.)
    • Alternative Standort-Wiederherstellung (Hot-, Cold-Site, Virtualization, etc.)
    • Netzwerk Patch-Plan, Switch Port-Geschwindigkeit
    • ...

    Windows 7 auf Vollständigkeit der Windows Updates prüfen

    Nun, von WSUS stand nichts in deinem post...

    ...das am 25.03.13 das letzte mal am Netz hing.

    In einem abgeschotteten Test-Netzwerk ohne Internet Zugang ?

    Im WSUS / LogFile steht sicher der letzte Online-Abgleich bei Microsoft, sowie das letzte Client Update.

    Der MBSA Scanner kann auch (installiert und weg kopiert) via command line vom USB-Stick gestartet werden, wenn das aktuelle wsusscn2.cab file manuell heruntergeladen und bereitgestellt wird.

    Das machst du in der Ausbildung. Du musst nicht alles wissen, nur wissen wie du weiter kommst, Google, Kollegen, Ausbilder, Freunde, oder das Forum fragen.

    Du koenntest dich am Rahmenlehrplan (Schule) und am Ausbildungsrahmenplan (Betrieb) aus der Verordnung Ueber die Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Informations- und Telekommunikationstechnik (ITKTAusbV) orientieren.

    Auch gerne gesehen, ein (IT-) Bereich in dem du dich besonders gut auskennst, dich aus Eigeninteresse einarbeitest / weiterbildest.
