    Auf die schnelle fallen mir folgende Punkte ein: -Splunk kann (historische) Daten analysieren, auch wenn das zu überwachende System ausgefallen ist (Datensammlung und Auswertung sind getrennt) -relativ leicht zu erweitern (Apps) -Daten müssen nicht normalisiert werden, sondern werden direkt geparsed und indexiert
