    Hallo liebe Informatik-Kollegen, ich wende mich mit 2 Fragen an euch! Ich möchte gerne eine Art FAQ für unsere Mitarbeiter erstellen (so ähnlich wie z. B. - wenn du Probleme mit dem Drucker hast - wende dich an Mitarbeiter Meier / wenn du Probleme mit dem Telefon hast - wende dich an Mitarbeiter Müller) usw. Habt ihr sowas bei euch im Einsatz? Wenn ja - wie habt ihr sowas aufgebaut? 2. Frage: Wir möchten demnächst unsere Rechnungen, Briefe usw. elektronisch aufbewahren. Wichtig: Das Ganze soll natürlich revisionssicher und entsprechend den gesetzlichen Anforderungen aufbewahrt und verarbeitet werden. Habt ihr dafür Empfehlungen? Gruß der Albatros
