    Betriebskonzept Wlan

    Hallo zusammen, mein Chef hat mir die tolle Aufgabe übertragen, ein Betriebskonzept für unser Wlan zu schreiben. Er möchte es aber nach ITIL geschrieben haben. In unserer Firma ist das Thema ITIL gerade neu im Kommen, daher gibt es noch kein anderes Betriebskonzept für die „IT-Service“ die wir als IT „anbieten“. Habt ihr eine Idee, wie ich das am besten anstelle und was alles in ein Betriebskonzept nach ITIL reingehört. Mein Chef hat die Idee, dass in diesem Konzept niedergeschrieben wird, wie wir den Betrieb des Wlan`s sicherstellen. Es wird auch noch eine Art Betriebshandbuch geben mit allen technischen Einstellungen und so – das bekomme ich hin das ist nicht das Problem. Bestens Dank schon mal für eure Vorschläge.
