Eigentlich isses ja Klasse: ich hab ab September nen Job, den ersten "richtigen" nach der Ausbildung (ITSK). :)

Aber:

1. feste Arbeitszeit von 8-17 Uhr ohne Ausnahme, 40 Std. Woche. Keine Überstundenregelung, d. h. wenn ich welche mache selbst Schuld, sie werden weder notiert noch vergütet.

2. An Lehrgängen muss ich teilnehmen. Is ja okay, aber die finden meist am Samstag statt, und ich bekomme weder Freizeitausgleich noch Geld dafür!!!

Is das okay???

Ich weiss ja, dass Einsatz in unseren Berufen alles ist, aber ich fahr dann am Tag schon insg. 2 Std. zur Arbeit und wieder heim, und 4.400.- brutto nach der Probezeit sind auch nicht unbedingt der Überflieger, wenn man bedenkt, das meine Kollegen und ich dann dafür zuständig sind, dass überhaupt Aufträge reinkommen!

Brauche also unbedingt Eure Hilfe... :rolleyes:
