Hi,

ich habe eine Frage zu dem Bewertungsbogen ,den die IHK jedem Prüfling zur Verfügung gestellt hat.

Was versteht man unter Prozessschnittstellen?

Ich verstehe das so:

Unterteilung in interne und externe Prozessschnittstellen.

Intern: Mitarbeiter/Angestellte

Extern: Kunden/Lieferanten

Hierbei geht es sicher um die Arbeitsabläufe. Diese lassen sich am besten in einer EPK darstellen.

Berichtigt mich, falls es nicht richtig ist.
