Irgendwie geht bei mir ein wenig die Übersichtverloren für die diversen Clients, anfangs sah die services.cfg noch sehr aufgeräumt aus aber mittlerweile.

Deswegen meine Frage kann man die konfiguration der einzelnen Clients auslagern, also pro client eine Datei anlegen und die quasi in die services.cfg includen?

wäre dann zwar mehr schreibaufwand aber irgendwie aufgeräumter

ja das geht, einfach aufteilen und alle Dateien in der nagios.cfg angeben.
