Nachmieter gesucht. DRINGEND!!! (Raum FFM)

Hi,

ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Mörfelden Walldorf (nähe FFM).

Die Wohnung ist eine 1 Zimmer Dachwohnung mit ca. 40 qm, Tageslichtbad und offener Küche.

Die Miete beträgt ca. 390 - 450 Euro warm inkl. Strom.

Die Wohnung wäre ab 1.8. frei, allerdings bräuchte ich einen Nachmieter bis 30.06.07, da mein Vermieter ab Juli einen Monat im Urlaub ist.

Bei Interesse bitte melden, werde allerdings vor Montag nicht antworten können.
