Hallo zusammen,

Haben gerade ein CTI Programm zum test laufen (dialit) wollen aber uns mal noch weiter umschauen. Könnt ihr eine Software empfehlen?

Vorraussetzung ist, dass die Software bei eingehendem Anruf eine Datei mit der Rufnummer als Inhalt erstellen kann.

spielt die Hardware eine Rolle? Ist die nicht für das Programm transparent?

Es ist eine Tenovis / Avaya Telefonanlage mit T3 Comfort Telefonen mit Audiolink.

Ausgaben bei uns immer sowenig wie möglich, soviel wie nötig ;)
