Hallo,

gehe mit 56k-Modem ins Internet und nutze die Tarife ohne Anmeldung.

Meine Frage nun:

Um die billigen Tarife nutzen zu können sind Benutzername und Passwort vorgegeben: heißt das dann, dass diese Firmen sich theoretisch über meine Telefonnummer einwählen können?

Wenn ich mein Kennwort im Anschluss ändere, falle ich dann aus den Billigtarifen raus?

Ich kann das Geschehen nicht nachvollziehen. Vor allem wie schützt man sich, falls Mißbrauch möglich wäre.
