Ich bin gerade Dabei eine SQL Datei zu sichern, da ich das Backup zusätzlich zippen möchte, würd ich das das Dump File per cmd sichern um da dann schließlich noch einen Geplanten Task draus machen..

Frage: Wie Zippe ich Dateien über die command Befehlszeile ?

Vielleicht schaust Du Dir einmal 7-Zip (Open-Source-Software) an.

Laut 7-Zip-FAQ kann das Programm auch als Konsolenversion ausgeführt werden.
