gegeben sei:

office 2002 sp3 (10.0.6713.0) auf windows xp sp2 mit aktuellem patchstand in einer unternehmensweiten domäne.

wird in einer excelmappe eine zelle fett oder kursiv oder unterstrichen formatiert und die mappe anschliessend (lokal oder auf einem share) gespeichert, verabschiedet sich excel.

ich hab im eventlog folgendes stehen:

Faulting application excel.exe, version 10.0.6713.0, faulting module excel.exe, version 10.0.6713.0, fault address 0x0002280c.

das offset ist dabei immer hex 2280c.

MS KB hat mir nichts verwertbares gebracht, genausowenig findet meine supportabteilung etwass. eine reparatur- (1. versuch) sowie komplette neuinstallation mitsamt der bereinigung der registry (2. versuch) und löschen des lokalen benutzerprofils (3. versuch) war ergebnislos.

irgendwelche ideen?
