Hallo Kollegen =)

ich suche für unseren Kundendienst eine digitale Lösung der Kundendienstprotokolle.

Ich stelle mir das so vor (und weiss das diverse Unternehmen das auch so, oder ähnlich machen).

Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter erledigt seinen Job und füllt auf dem PDA seinen Bericht aus, lässt ihn vom Kunden unterschreiben (auf dem PDA). Der Bericht soll dann an das Kundenfax gesendet werden damit der Kunde auch eine Kopie hat.

Hat jemand Erfahrung in dieser hinsicht?

Welche Hard/Software da von nöten wäre?
