Ich habe zur Zeit ein Problemchen mit einem Streaming server der unter windows 2003 server läuft. Bei einigen Filmen die ich Streame wird nie die volle bandbreite genutzt.

Deswegen habe ich gedacht ob es evtl einen zusammenhang mit dem Arbeitsspeicher gibt. Wird der Film wenn er gestreamt wird denn vorher im Arbeitsspeicher zwischengespeichert oder wie funktioniert das.
