Hallo Leute,

die Firma in der ich meine Ausbildung hat mich für die ITIL V3 Foundation angemeldet, leider habe ich mich damit bisher wenig beschäftigt.

Worum geht es da genau und das ist das?

Hat das von euch schon jemand gemacht?

Ist die Prüfung schwer und was kommt darin vor?
