Hallo!

ich war letztens bei einem Kunden und seine Rufumleitung klappt leider nicht , folgendermaßen sieht es aus!

Er besitzt Internettelefonie

In der Fritzbox bei "Rufumleitung" steht die Internetnummer(z.B 44444) und die Weiterleitung geht aufs Handy -----> funktioniert auch.

Mach ich das gleiche mit der Festnetz Nummer(z.B 55555) , genau die gleichen Einstellungen , dann geht es aber nicht , der schaltet dann nicht aufs Handy um!

Wähle ich die Internetelefonienummer(die 444444) , dann gehts!

Ich habe dann noch die ISDN Nummer eingetragen in der Fritzbox(Festnetz)!
