ich habe auf suse linux 7.0 einen tomcat server laufen.

meine eigenen servlets will ich allerdings nicht ins examples/web-inf/classes verzeichnis legen, sondern in ein eigenes.

wo und vor allem wie muss ich da was eintragen?

d.h. muss ich in der server.xml, tomcat-apache.conf oder in der tomcat.conf was ändern.

Ich habe auch ein bisschen Servlet Programmierung gemacht, welche confs Du ändern musst weiss ich auch nicht so genau.

Mein Tip: Leg´ doch einfach einen (symbolischen) Link auf deine class Datei in den Ordner!
