Hallo,

warum auch immer, wenn ich syscon (das gilt für alle EXE-Dateien im Verzeichnis Public) starte bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung: "Program Initialization Failure Execution Terminated". Ich weis, das das Netz uralt ist aber ich brauche es noch für einige alte Maschinensteuerungen. Der Server fährt ohne Fehler rauf und runter. Auch sind alle Dateien vorhanden.

Kann mir einer sagen was da falsch läuft?

Auf welchem OS willst du die Exe ausführen?

Mal einen richtig alten (sprich zu 3.12 passenden) Client (Win 9x, NT 4.0) ausprobiert?

auf DOS 6.2 Rechner. Das hat jahrelang funktioniert.

Nein, ich habe nichts verändert. Ich weis nicht auf was syscon zugreift aber kann es nicht sein, dass die Datenbank gespert ist (Betrive)?
