Munin: erhöhter Intervall = lückenhafte Grafiken

Hi,

ich habe den standard Intervall, in dem Munin seine Auswertungen fährt und Grafiken erstellt etc., von 5 min auf 10 min erhöht (Aufgrund von Lastspitzen). Das hatte zur Folge das ich in den Grafiken regelmäßige Lücken hatte. Kann mir jemand erklären warum das so ist und was ich dagegen tun kann?

Abhilfe: Neuer Server oder Verteilung auf mehrere munin-Server und das 5min Intervall weiter nutzen.

Ursache: Dein Poll-Intervall ist groesser als Dein Update-Intervall Deiner rrd-Datenquellen.

Nachtraegliche Aenderung des Update-Intervalls der rrd-Datenquellen:

Befasse Dich mit dem rrdtool und dessen Moeglichkeiten.

Vor allen Aktionen die rrd-Dateien sichern.;)

Munin ist wie cacti ein graphisches Frontend fuer das rrdtool.
