Kann mir jemand helfen! Ich möchte hier in der Firma einen Samba Server aufsetzten. Der Suse 7.0 Server steht und unter swat ist der auch aktiv. In der Windows Netzwerkumgebung sehe ich den Rechner und muss mich dann dort anmelden. Alle Benutzernamen und passwörter nimmt der aber nicht an. Was habe ich falsch gemacht?

Hast du encrypt passwords auf yes stehen???

Falls ja mußt du die Passwörter verschlüsselt in die smbpasswd eintragen:

smbpasswd -a username

Bin mir nicht ganz sicher, aber ich glaube der Username muß auch im Linux angelegt sein.
