Ich habe folgendes Problem:

In der Firma wird McAfee VirusScan 8.5 Enterprise Edition als Virenscanner eingesetzt. Wenn ich jetzt eine Zip oder Rar Datei entpacken möchte, die ca 100 MB groß ist, dann beansprucht der aktive Virenscanner (msshield.exe) 99% der CPU.

Natürlich kann man dann auch nix mehr machen und nur mit Geduld den Prozess abschießen.

Das Problem scheint ab der Version 8 von VirusScan aufzutreten. Mit der 6er Version geht alles wunderbar und ich glaube mit der 7er auch.

Gibt es ne Möglichkeit das Problem zu beheben oder muss ich den aktiven Scanner vor dem Entpacken immer ausschalten? Hatte schon mit dem Gedanken gespielt die Priorität im Taskmanager auf "Normal" oder so einzustellen aber der Zugriff wird mir verweigert (möglicherweise zu Recht :D)
