Hat jemand zufällig mal das MVNForum erstellt ? Es soll wohl Java basierend sein. Wer hat es mal installiert und kann mir sagen wie das funzt?

ich habe mit dem Produkt zwar noch nicht gearbeitet, aber es sieht nach einer J2EE Webanwendung aus. Ich habe jetzt nur mal die INSTALL.txt überflogen, dort steht ja alles recht detailliert drin. Was verstehst Du denn hier nicht?

Für einen ersten Test steht dort als Empfehlung, man solle mit dem Tomcat-Bundle arbeiten. Ich vermute, dann ist der Tomcat gleich fertig konfiguriert mit dabei, den kannst Du dann einfach über die startup.(sh|bat) in bin/ starten.
