Hilferuf an alle !!!

Habe vor kurzem internes Modem bekommen (ohne Installationssoftware).

Nach erfolgreichem Einbau erkannte mein Rechner das Modem als "PCI Communication Device".

Die Treiberinstallation, welche ich zuvor aus dem Internet heruntergeladen habe, blieb jedoch erfolglos.

Wer kann helfen ???
