Hai, ich bin mitten in meiner Projektdokumentation.

Ich hab jetzt eine Frage zur Kundendoku:

Mein Ausbildungsleiter vertritt die Meinung, dass man den Kunden nicht direkt ansprechen soll z.B. "Klicken Sie hier , machen Sie das"

Ich finde aber das es ein gutes Mittel den Kunden "an die Hand zu nehmen"

und ihm Schritt für Schritt alle Funktionen des Programm zu erläutern.

Jetzt wollte ich wissen wie ihr das gelöst habt?

In Anlehnung an Uli's Prfungspage würde ich ebenfalls eine neutrale Formulierung empfehlen.
