Prüfung in einem anderen Betrieb wiederholen?

Ich hätte da mal ne Frage .. und zwar...

Wenn man die Abschlussprüfung nicht geschafft hat .. kann man diese ja in einem halben Jahr mit einer Prüfungsgebühr nochmal ablegen.... jetzt die Frage..

Wenn die Prüfungen am 2 Juni gesamttechnisch abgeschlossen sind..

und ab Juli in einer anderen Firma als der Ausbilungsbetrieb weiter arbeiten würde, dieser aber keinen Ausbildungschein besitzen... kann man trotzdem in den neuen Betrieb wechseln? und die Prüfung einfach nochmal während man im neuen Betrieb arbeitet machen? oder muss man bei seinem alten Ausbildungsbetrieb bleiben?
