1. Erläutern Sie, was im Zusammanhang von Betriebssystemen unter der "Abstrahierung der Hardware" zu verstehen ist,

und

2. Erläutern und begründen Sie, ob ein Netzwerkbetriebssystem Single- oder Multiuser unterstützen muss.
