Habe ein Problem und zwar habe ich mit dem VM Converter ein bestehendes TIB-File in eine VMDK-Datei umwandeln lassen. Hat auch super geklappt. Logischerweise kann er aber Win2k SP4 dann nicht laden. Also CD rein und Reparaturinstallation versuchen. Windows erkennt auf der virtuellen HDD auch eine Windows Installation, leider wenn ich dann auf Reparieren gehe, löscht er den WINNT Ordner kopierrt neue Dateien und rebootet dann, nach dem reboot kommt aber dennoch nur "Error loading operating system". fixmbr und fixboot in der Reparaturkonsole hab ich schon ausprobiert. Sonst noch jemand Ideen?
