Hallo zusammen,

hat von euch jemand schon Erfahrungen mit Captive Portalen gesammelt?

Ich habe hier einen Cisco 1130 Accesspoint und möchte diesen gerne als HotSpot betreiben. Ich habe schon verschiedene Software getestet, bisher hat mir Wifi-Dog amehesten zugesagt.

Das Problem ist aber, die meisten Lösungen die es gibt dienen dazu das man einen Linksys WRT Router mit einem abgeänderten Image bespielt(Open-WRT, DD-WRT).

Da ich aber einen Cisco Accesspoint habe funktioniert dieser Weg nicht (zumindest wüsste ich nicht (google konnte auch nichts sagen) ob ich Linux auf einen Cisco AP bekomme).

Hat jemand von euch so etwas schon betrieben?

p.s. Bitte keine schlaue Antwort, von wegen, Cisco hat dafür eine Lösung :D
