Hallo Community!

Also es geht um Folgendes:

Windows 2003 Domäne/Netzwerk. Office 2003 installiert, Adobe Reader 8, iExplorer 7, Virensoftware, etc - Standard Installation.

Bei den DomänenPCs mit Office 2003 und iExplorer 7 funktioniert die Remoteunterstützung nicht.

Grund dafür ist welcher?!?!?!?!?!?

Hab die Suche aufgegeben und mir gedacht ich poste hier mein Anliegen, vielleicht könnte mir jemand helfen.

Habe Folgendes getestet:

Bei den DomänenPCs mit der gleichen Gruppenrichtlinie und Standard Inst. jedoch ohne Office 2003 funktioniert die Remoteunterstütung ohne Problem. Also denke ich mir dass es an einer Sicherheitseinstellung am Office 2003 der auf den iExplorer 7 zugreift, liegt.

(Fehlermeldung: Windows Internet Explorer - Ein Programm konnte nicht gestartet werden. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang.)

Ich bitte um eure Hilfe, damit ich das Problem abhacken kann. Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?! und bin ich auf der richtigen Spur mit den Sicherheitseinstellungen.
