Outlook hängt Datei nicht an

Hallo,

hat jemand eine Idee zu folgendem:

Ich muß in einem Outlook 2000 SP3 öfters mail + Anhang verschicken.

Scheinbar willkürlich wird

a) ein zweite Fenster unten an der Mail geöffnet und die Datei angehangen

oder aber

B) die Datei als icon mitten im text plaziert und kommt als Anhang winmail.dat an

Beim Einfügen passiert das bei plain "Einfügen" wie bei explizitem "Einfügen als Anlage" (Einfügen als Text oder Link erübrigt sich ja eh)

Ist mir unklar, was den Wechsel hervorruft
