Hallo,

hat jemand Erfahrung mit Zurückstellungsgründen vom Zivildienst? Möchte mich gern für ein Jahr zurückstellen lassen, weil ich meine alte Arbeitsstelle gekündigt habe und die neue erst im September anfangen kann. Jetzt soll ich ab 01.10.2001 Zivi machen. Bin ratlos, weil ich nicht weiß, ob mich die neue Firma auch dann noch einstellen wird. Habe nur eine schriftliche Zusage, noch keinen Arbeitsvertrag. Weiß aber nicht, inwieweit die schriftliche Zusage bindend ist.

Wäre dankbar, falls jemand Rat weiß.
