Hallo,

ich bereite mich gerade auf eine Klausur vor (Informationsmanagement) und hänge an einer ganz bestimmten Frage fest. Und ich hoffe, dass ich hier richtig bin. Vielleicht kann mir jemand von Euch Spezialisten weiterhelfen. Es geht um folgende Frage:

Erläutern Sie anhand des Phasenmodells für die Planung und Realisierung von Informationssystemen den Einsatz von Referenzmodellen (für Branchen und Standardsoftware) in den einzelnen Phasen.

Das Phasenmodell gliedert sich ganz grob in Vorphase (Projektbegründung), Analyse (Ist + Soll), Entwurf und Implementierung.

Ich habe ehrlich gesagt schon meine Probleme mit der Abgrenzung von Phasenmodell und Referenzmodell.
