Hallo.

Ich habe ein Problem kennt wer ein paar nette Formulierungen für einen FiSi für sein Berichtsheft.

Mein Chef stört sich an meinen Formulierungen.

Kennt wer nette Sätze die folgendes Umschreiben:

- PC zusammenbauen

- Kundenbetreuung

- OS installiert

- .. halt typische Arbeiten eines FiSis :rolleyes:

Chef sagte ich sollte mal in den Ausbildungsplan gucken, da würden genug formulierungen stehen aber irgendwie find ich nichts passendes..

Brauche wirklich Hilfe...!

- PC zusammenbauen

--> Zusammenbau und Hardware Konfiguration eines Clients / Servers

- Kundenbetreuung

--> hmm, je nach dem inwiefern du sie betreut hast, wenn du Support in deinem Heft nicht weiter ausführen musst dann evtl. sowas wie:

Unterstützung eines Kunden bei problemlösung

- OS installiert
