wmiprvse.exe blockt ntuser.dat, terminalserver profil kann nicht geladen werden

Hallo zusammen,

haben im Betrieb Probleme mit einem User auf dem Terminal Server, sodass sich ein Nutzer (von 35) nicht anmelden kann. Das Profil kann nicht geladen werden und die Person wird mit einem Temporären Profil angemeldet.

Mittels Filemon von SysInternals haben wir herausgefunden das jede Nacht der Prozess "wmiprvse.exe" auf die ntuser.dat und ntuser.dat.log zugreift und diese dann nicht mehr freigibt. Das Tool UHPClean wurde schon installiert, hat aber nicht geholfen.

Das ganze läuft auf einem Windows 2003 Server SP2.

Hat jemand eine Idee was das sein kann ? Nach einem Neustart kann sich der Nutzer problemlos anmelden...
